Julia, originally from Germany, created Casas Barril as a living expression of her passions: design, architecture, food, natural wine, and the art of slow living.

The two houses are shaped with a mix of simple, grounding elements and thoughtful details. Light and space lead the design, creating rooms that feel open and easy to be in. Each choice reflects Julia’s vision - a focus on what feels real, calm, and connected to the landscape.

Casas Barril were created with a simple intention: to offer a place to pause, reconnect, and enjoy the moment - with space to explore, share good food and wine, and let creativity unfold naturally.
